As we mentioned before, quite a few Great American Pure Flix original films and actors have been nominated. Not only that, but the beloved Danica McKellar and Trevor Donovan host the award ceremony together.

"I had a blast hosting the award ceremony with Trevor, and the energy in the room was joyous—everyone coming together to celebrate movies that uplift, inspire and ultimately make the world a better place,” Danica said. “I'm incredibly grateful for the experience, and I can't wait to share it with audiences soon on Great American Family!"

The friends enjoyed hosting the pre-recorded ceremony together and representing the Great American Family and Great American Pure Flix pool of talent. Candace Cameron Bure and Great American Media CEO and president Bill Abbott were also in attendance that night.

"Hosting the Movieguide Awards with Danica was a blast. It's not every day you get to be part of something that celebrates the stories that move us. I really enjoyed my time hosting,” Trevor said.

Let’s look at some of your other favorite actors and actresses that represent our original movies and shows at the Movieguide awards:

Cast of 'A Christmas Blessing'

Lori Laughlin, James Tupper, and Jesse Hutch attended, representing the cast and crew of the Great American Original Christmas movie, “A Christmas Blessing,” which earned 3 nominations.

“Puts a smile on my face to see that the hard work of all the crew and cast is up for applause. To be nominated for my performance in a faith-based role would have made my grandmother smile,” Jesse wrote when he found out about the nominations. “She loved a good family and faith film. My mom’s told her entire neighborhood so I thought I’d try to catch up to her publicity stunt. Joking aside. I’m honored. Thank you. Can’t wait to see everyone at the awards show.”

Cast of 'Divine Influencer'

Director and writer Shari Rigby, along with lead actors Lara Silva and Jason Burkey and others from the crew of “Divine Influencer,” also appeared on the red carpet of the Movieguide awards. “Divine Influencer” is up for multiple awards, including both lead actors for the Grace Prize for Most Inspiring Performance for TV.

“What an incredible night of celebration at the 31st Annual Movieguide Awards with family and friends!” Shari wrote on Instagram.

Jen Lilley

Jen Lilley didn’t give away any spoilers whether her movie, “A Paris Christmas Waltz” won any of the categories it was nominated for, but she did give us a peak of the beautiful dress she wore on the red carpet!

Cast of 'County Rescue'

Our newest Original series also showed up to support our nominated actors and movies. Actress Julie Reilly from “County Rescue” enjoyed her time at the awards show.

“Such an honor to attend and present. … Heart is full,” Julia wrote on her Instagram.

Cast of 'A Thousand Tomorrows'

Lead actors Rose Reid and Colin Ford, along with Cole Sibus and other cast members, represented the Great American Pure Flix exclusive series, “A Thousand Tomorrows.”

“So excited to be headed to the Movieguide awards! Colin Ford and I were surrounded by such an incredible cast, production, and crew and I am so thankful for the experience!” Rose Reid posted on her Instagram.
