Strength for Emotional and Mental Overload
Scripture: “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast.” — Isaiah 26:3
Prayer: Lord, when my mind feels full and my emotions feel heavy, steady me. Fill me with Your peace and remind me that I don’t have to carry everything alone. You are my calm, my anchor, and my source of rest.
