Do you ever feel like your voice as a Christian is being ignored—or silenced?
Imagine what Candace Cameron Bure must have felt on her first day as one of the hosts of the long-running ABC television show The View. The first topic on her first show was the plight of Kim Davis, the Kentucky county clerk who was jailed for not issuing a marriage license to a same-sex couple.
But while the other hosts were invited to share their thoughts, Candace was not included in that discussion. She wasn’t even on the set for that segment.
Was it because her Christian viewpoint is politically incorrect?
While that would be a logical assumption, an ABC spokesperson claimed it was because Candace won’t be a regular on the program until she finishes filming her new television show later this fall. You can read more here.
