A heart that is open before God is a heart that can be shaped, healed, and led in truth.
Here is my morning prayer,
Jesus, search us and know our hearts. Reveal anything within us that is not aligned with You, and gently lead us in Your truth. Help us surrender anxious thoughts and anything that pulls us away from You. Guide us in the way everlasting and make our hearts more like Yours. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.
“Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” Psalm 139:23-4 (NIV)
