Beginning the day by spending time with the Lord helps us keep our hearts focused on what truly matters.
Here is today’s morning prayer:
Dear Lord, we know that we live in uncertain times. That we cannot place our faith in worldly things. In worship, help us find peace in our hearts amidst the storms, and in following Christ’s footsteps, we look to gain the kingdom of heaven. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
“Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.”
