Rest & Restoration
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of rest. Help me step away from the noise, responsibilities, and pressures of the week and make space to simply be still in Your presence. Restore what has been depleted in me and remind me that my worth is not measured by how much I accomplish. Give my mind peace, my body rest, and my spirit the renewal it needs. Amen.
