By Dr. Pamela Pyle
Faith is found in the ordinary and sometimes the extraordinary. It is that moment when we understand our spiritual poverty in the light of the cross. The cross is the place of both justice and infinite mercy. The justice we deserve has been redeemed by our Savior because of His inifinte mercy.
Dear Lord,
Remind us today of the cross where you redeemed us and also gave us the faith to believe in the unseen with the confidence of what is seen. We thank you Lord for your mercy and grace.
In Your Name we pray.
“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” — Hebrews 11:1 (NIV)
