By Dr. Pamela Pyle
Faith flourishes when we surrender. Surrendering is a moment to moment practice. It is believing in this simple truth; God is good, and we trust him.
Dear Lord,
Reveal to us the places in our lives which we need to surrender to you. Help us understand that needing to control is actually a lack of faith. Do not let the things in our hidden places become the stumbling block for us or someone else. We know the more we surrender, the more we find faith.
In Your Name we pray.
“Trust in the Lord with all your hearts, and lean not on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5 (NIV)
