In an exclusive conversation with Great American Media’s President & CEO Bill Abbott, Dr. Pamela Pyle joined to talk about her book Anticipating Heaven.
Dr. Pamela Pyle is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with more than thirty-five years of experience, is a speaker, a best-selling author, and a member of the President’s Council of the National Religious Broadcasters Association.
In her latest work, Anticipating Heaven, Dr. Pyle invites readers to explore the beauty of hope—even amid suffering, uncertainty, and life’s final moments. “It's called Anticipating Heaven for a reason” she shares, “because even as we go through challenges, whether that's in healthcare, suffering from other reasons, even facing the end of life, we can have hope. And that's because of the promise of heaven that we were given on the cross. And it's a place of infinite justice and endless mercy.”
The book is filled with stories of hope that help readers navigate their own life journeys. “I want us to have hope for those who might hear Jesus even at the very end,” she says. “I believe joyfully that there will be a lot more people in heaven than we expected—because of His mercy.”
Dr. Pyle also shares her perspective on miracles, describing them as “beautiful, unique snowflakes.”
