You may recognize her from the hit television show "90210" from the early 2000's, but Jessica Lowndes has had a very successful career since the series ended, including in faith and family friendly entertainment. Not only is she a successful actress, she has many other talents, including singing and songwriting.

In fact, she not only wrote an original song for her Great American Family Original movie, "Harmony from the Heart," she also wrote the original screenplay and executive produced the movie!
We wanted to take some time to introduce you to who Jessica Lowndes is and what she does both on and off screen.
Fun Facts about Jessica Lowndes
- Lowndes completed her first EP when she was 16 and living in Vancouver, Canada, her birthplace and hometown.
- Lowndes has self-released over 20 original songs and her single, Silicone in Stereo reached #11 on the Billboard charts in both the U.S. and Canada.
- Her first collaboration with Great American Family was Executive Producing and starring in "Autumn Romance," the first original film to air on the cable network.
- In her spare time, Lowndes writes music and plays piano. The original song she wrote for "Harmony of the Heart," is titled "11:11."
"I'd love the chorus to be about wishes and everything that you wish you could say to someone, but you're too scared to say," Lowndes said about working on the song with artist Zyra Odesza. - She draws inspiration for her writing and songs from her personal life, friends' stories and real-life experiences.

“Harmony from the Heart” is a wonderful film full of beautiful music. It celebrates the
importance of music and how it can speak to our souls and heal us. A music therapist and an established physician initially clash over the care of a shared patient. But as Valentine’s Day approaches, they might find that music and love make excellent remedies. Jessica Lowndes wrote and performed an original song titled “11:11” for this film.

A Harvest Homecoming
Teacher Drew Clark accepts a temporary substitute job in his old hometown to help at the family cider mill. There he meets Lainie, played by Jessica Lowndes, the mill's new marketing manager and mother of one of his students. Jessica reunites with her "90210" castmate, Trevor Donovan for this Great American Original film.
