About A Rescue Dog for Christmas

In A Rescue Dog for Christmas, dedicated physician Emma Ross (Stephanie Bennett) is determined to make her hometown of Cedar Ridge’s annual Christmas Cares celebration more meaningful than ever. With her beloved dog, Shep, by her side, Emma is focused on bringing the community together for the holidays. When traveling veterinarian Dr. Matthew McGuire (Trevor Donovan) arrives in town to temporarily take over the local animal clinic, he suggests adding a Christmas pet adoption event to the celebration.

As Emma and Matthew work side by side to connect rescue animals with loving forever homes, their shared compassion begins to bring them closer as well. Surrounded by the warmth of Christmas in Cedar Ridge, the pair discovers how opening their hearts to others can lead to unexpected possibilities of their own. A Rescue Dog for Christmas is a heartwarming holiday story about love, hope, compassion, community, and the special bond between people and animals.
