Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the gift of this gathering and for the talents You have given to these athletes. We acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from You, including the strength, skill, and passion that make this game possible.
Lord, we ask for Your protective hand over each player, coach, and official. Guard their bodies, minds, and spirits; keep them safe from injury and harm, and surround them with Your peace as they give their best on the field. May Your presence be with them in every moment of this competition, grounding them in courage, clarity, and grace.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
